Comment: While the movie VISION QUEST (with Matthew Modine as the lead actor) is somewhat dated (it was released in 1985), this song from the soundtrack of that movie is still used today, as it has been since the soundtrack was released, as a song that high school & college wrestlers listen to during practice & before matches.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's a great soundtrack for listening to while running, biking, prepping for a swim meet, driving in the car, or just sitting around at home. It will get your blood pumping, so it might be perfect for getting rid of a bad headache after a late night out or some other big bash -- just play it on low volume when you first wake up! :-)

VISION QUEST still stands as one of the best Hollywood films that young wrestlers will enjoy, and the soundtrack has some other outstanding selections that can be used to put an aspiring wrestler into a winning frame of mind.
