Can't agree with the other reviewer. Donny hasn't lost a thing. His voice isn't the same as it was when "Puppy Love" first came out. He was only a boy then. His voice has matured and I personally enjoy that song with his mature voice.
I love all the songs on these 2 cd's. The only problem is I already have them on prior albums, which means I probably won't spend the money for this one. That is the reason for the 4 star rating. But, for anyone who wants to hear Donny sing some great tunes and you don't have them, this is great.

I don't at all agree with the previous reviewer's comments that Donny's "best days are behind him". They are most definitely not. He's not looking to be the next Usher, okay? It's not always about sales, about how many units a release sells, it's about quality. And in that, he can stand up against Rod Stewart any day. Donny has an indelible style all his own and a wonderfully pure voice that has only gotten stronger and better over the years. Plus a very devoted following that has only grown over time to include several generations.

This CD has a good mix of songs from his most current releases (This Is The Moment, Somewhere In Time, What I Meant To Say and Love Songs of the 70s) which you can still purchase here on Amazon by the way. This is one I'll purchase for the DVD that is included of the special he did, filmed in New York City in 2000, for PBS to promote his album "This Is The Moment". I was totally taken aback by the DVD.Donny Osmond is a true Entertainer. I have been an Osmond fan since my early teens, now at 50 I am glad to say Donny has only gotten better. The music is wonderful. Romantic and soothing.
The CD is great listening experience. If you have ever been a Donny fan this is a must!
