My kids - ages 3 and 6 - love this soundtrack and we listen to it constantly in the car. Their favorite tracks are "Livin La Vida Loca" and "Holding Out For A Hero." I personally enjoy "Accidentally In Love," "Funkytown" (which brings back memories of when I was a kid myself) and the other upbeat songs.This is a must have for those who enjoyed the movie. And unlike the first film's soundtrack, it is appropriate for all age groups and can be enjoyed by everyone in the family. Donkey and Puss In Boots rousing duet is a definite crowd pleaser. There are great songs for the whole family. Mom loves it for the songs that I remember from my younger days and my kids will like it for the humor and the fun quirky songs that are included as well. This is a great soundtrack for carting the kids around town or for roadtrips. All the songs from the movie are on the CD including a bar song "sung" by Captian Hook and a playful verison of Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out for a Hero". As with the first CD, the song Donkey(Eddie Murphy) sings at the end is included, this time accompanied by Antonio Banderas(Puss in Boots) Livin' La Vida Loca! A great cd all together and lots of fun to bounce the car with and have neighbor cars looking at you like your insane. ^-^ |
