i think a few years from we'll look back at 'resistance 3' as a highly underrated first-person shooter. with the return of the weapon wheel and the the weapon unlocks, the alternate 1950s history setting, and some really fun shootouts, R3 was a fitting end to fun a trilogy. unfortunately, R3 got lost in the great BF3 v. COD:MW3 battle of late 2011. it's a shame really, because it's a great game and i highly recommend you play it.
after i completed the game, i remember thinking, 'there's gotta be a soundtrack to this game avaialable.' for months and months i looked and finally, six months after the game hit shelves, the score was finally released! i grabbed it straightaway. i'm glad i did.
boris salchow's R3 score is something of a mixed bag. tracks like 'life in haven town' and 'into the fog' capture the isolation and desperation joe capelli must have felt as set out from oklahoma and trekked to new york, and for me are the scores standout moments...Read more
