A wonderful diversity of sounds from cutting edge punk artists of the time, to the soothing instrumentals by Brian Eno.5 different artists, 2 songs each, ocntrasting yet complimentary as a whole to the soundtrack of this fantastic film.Just listen to the music in conjunction with the lyrics on Plastic surgery, a timeless experience!!

Truly warped.,

I haven't heard this album in what, 20 years? From Adam Ant to Jayne/Wayne County to Eno, this was one of the most twisted, fun compilations of its time. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up completely. I can't change the number of stars, but I will say that Adam Ant's Deutcher Girls and Plastic Surgery are the highlights. Some of the other cuts are not worth spinning in the 21st Century, but make interesting artifacts of a bygone era.

Certainly a product of its times, any lp that mixes in Eno with Adam and the Ants can't be all bad, right?A warped film has to have its equally warped soundtrack, and this one takes the cake.
