This is the first classical cd I have ever bought. The two-disc album was a great price. I really love the performance of Lynn Harrell. I like the collection of Adagios because they are perfect to fall asleep to or study to.

The styles of music are varied, which makes for interesting listening considering they are all slower pieces (title of CD!). Four cellists are represented, all fine masters of the instrument, but Lynn Harrell's performances stand out for me. Great value for 2 CDs of cello masterpieces and very relaxing music.

This cd has some amazing songs, and its really cheap for a 2 disc set. I would reccomend it to anyone who has any interest in cello.
